We know you're excited to get these quirky masterpieces onto your feet! We’re committed to keeping things prompt, efficient, and wonderfully weird. Here’s the lowdown on how your socks make their way to you:

  • Packing the Fun (Order Processing): We usually pack up your fresh socks within 24-48 hours. If it’s a crazy peak season, weekend, or special sale, it might take a tiny bit longer, but we hustle hard to get your order out the door!
  • The Transit Time (Delivery): * Aussies: Expect your socks to land in 2-8 business days, depending on your state and whether you're kicking back in a metro or regional area.Globe-Trotters (International): Please allow 2-3 weeks for your quirky delivery. Customs and international routing can be a bit of a maze! (Note: International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the lucky recipient).
  • The Price Tag (Shipping Costs): * Aussie orders over $49: Score! You get FREE standard shipping.International orders over $99: Boom! FREE shipping for you, too.For orders below those amounts: We calculate fair, competitive rates at checkout based on your address.
  • Trusting the Process (Order Tracking): To keep shipping as cheap as possible for you, we don’t offer tracking at this time. We rely on good old-fashioned postal magic!
  • Sock SOS (Lost or Delayed?): If your shipment seems to have vanished into the laundry basket of the universe, reach out to us at support@bopsox.com. We’ll work diligently to make sure you get your quirky socks.

U-Turns: Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We want you to be over the moon (and head over heels) with your Bopsox. But we get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. Here is how we handle returns:

  • The Return Window: You have 14 days from the delivery date to let us know you need to return your pair.
  • The Rule: To be eligible, your socks must be in their original, unworn condition (unless they arrived faulty, of course!).
  • How to Start a Return: Snap a quick photo of the socks showing their condition and email it, along with your order number, to support@bopsox.com. Our customer support team will guide you through the rest.
  • Refunds: Once your returned socks arrive safely back at Bopsox HQ and pass our quick inspection, we’ll process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to dance back into your account.
  • Exchanges (Oops, a defect!): Did you receive a damaged or defective pair? We’re so sorry! Hit up our support team, and we’ll happily exchange it for a fresh, perfect pair.
