During peak seasons, weekends or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended, but we’ll always strive to get your socks to you as quickly as possible.
Delivery Times:
Our standard shipping method within Australia typically takes between 2-8 business days, depending on which state you’re in and if you're Metro or Regional.
For international orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, as customs and international shipping may result in longer transit times.
Shipping Costs:
We offer competitive shipping rates to ensure affordability for our customers.
Orders over $49 within Australia qualify for free standard shipping and $99 for International orders.
For orders below $49 and international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
Order Tracking:
At given time, we don’t offer tracking in order to save on costs for the customer.
International Shipping:
Bopsox proudly ships to customers around the world. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return Window:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your socks must be in their original, faulty or unworn condition. Please send an image of the condition of the socks with your order number to support@bopsox.com.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned socks and inspect them, we will process your refund.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Exchanges:
